He is a former management consultant within investment banking and has significant commercial, project delivery, stakeholder, client and risk management experience, building upon an extensive career as a Royal Engineers army officer on operations.
Ro is adept in the formation of professional teams utilising his extensive network and enjoys property deal origination, commercial negotiation, complex problem solving, construction project and risk management. Coupled with his in-depth development knowledge, keen eye for detail and ability to react quickly to opportunities and challenges, he is able to create suitable strategies to benefit sellers and project partners alike.

Louise Hancock
Louise is a medical doctor with a keen interest in long term, diversified investing and interior design. Alongside her established career in medicine, Louise in recent years has researched and executed her own investment strategies appropriate to market conditions.
